Alas, I took a more ...half-baked approach, ;) trying to minimize my "bad habits" without forsaking them altogether. I'm also trying to eat locally grown organic stuff, since fresher just seems better and there can be as many scary chemicals used to make the veggies in the market as they give to the poor "food animals" on factory-farms.
  Many friends have had trouble sticking with a Vegan or even Pescatarian regimen, but I look at it like giving up cigs. Every one you don't smoke is a positive step.
  Do you feel healthier yet? (I never knew about the "meat hangover" until I shed it)</description>
